Venue Rental
[Venue Rental Information]
The university venues are primarily reserved for internal units. External organizations or groups applying for usage are limited to academic lectures or non-political activities. Applications that violate these rules cannot be accommodated.
[Scope of Available Venues]
(1) Lecture halls, meeting rooms, seminar rooms, specialized classrooms, computer labs, general classrooms, and dormitory rooms of each unit.
(2) Venue usage should not interfere with university teaching activities and is limited to the fixed facilities of the respective venue.
(3) A venue management fee may be charged for each space. Please refer to the university's Venue Fee Schedule for details.
[Usage Hours]
(1) From 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily, divided into three units; each unit is four hours.
(2) Usage of less than four hours counts as one unit. For continuous usage exceeding one unit, each additional hour is charged as a quarter-unit of the venue fee. Usage under one hour is charged hourly.
[Rental Procedure]
(1) Internal units: To reserve a venue, registration must be completed with the respective venue management unit. Priority is given to the earliest registrant.
(2) External units:
Applicants should first consult with the venue management unit and submit an official letter to the management unit at least two weeks before usage. If venue rental fees or vehicle access control are involved, the management unit will coordinate with the Administrative Office (no separate venue rental application form is required if submitting an official letter). If the requested or approved date conflicts with major university events, the management unit will notify the applicant to reschedule. No objections or compensation requests will be entertained.
[For other matters not covered, please refer to the university's Venue Rental Management Regulations]
