Why is the hourly pay at the start of the semester slower to be credited?
-
At the start of each semester, pay is calculated after add/drop registration is complete and weekly teaching hours are finalized by the Academic Affairs Office. Approval takes place around early November (first semester) and late March (second semester). First-month payment is usually mid-November (week 8) and mid-April (week 8) for second semester.

Vendors can check payments themselves or through the university/cashier homepage by clicking Cashier Online Service Inquiry System.
-
When are excess tuition loan refunds credited?
-
Excess tuition loan refunds are usually processed 1–2 weeks before the end of the semester. The Bank of Taiwan first transfers approved loan amounts to the university. The Cashier Office then calculates and credits excess refunds to student postal accounts. Students with unapproved loans or loans less than tuition owed are notified to pay the balance.
