Guidelines for Student Mail Collection
Mailing
Please clearly write the university’s main campus address.
No. 64, Wenhua Rd, Huwei Township, Yunlin County 63201, Taiwan
Also indicate recipient’s department, class, and a contact phone number (e.g., "Program B, Year 2, Class A"). For all outgoing letters and packages, the sender’s name, department, and class must also be written on the envelope in case the mail cannot be delivered.
Collection
Registered Mail, Express, Parcels
Please check the Mail Collection System and bring a valid ID (student ID, driver’s license, or national ID) to the Mailroom (next to the Office of Sustainability and Social Responsibility, Second Campus) to sign for your mail.
Registered mail must be collected within one month; overdue items will be returned to the sender.
If mailed via the post office, you can check online to see where the item is and whether it has been delivered.
Mail collection hours: Monday to Friday 08:30–17:00 (excluding national holidays).
Regular Mail, Timed Mail
Placed in each unit’s mailbox at the Mailroom and collected by the respective unit personnel. Recipients should go to their office to pick up.
The Mailroom contact number is 05-6315241 (internal extension 5241 for campus use).
Mail and items sent to this Mailroom are not guaranteed for completeness; the Mailroom is responsible only for receiving and distributing items.
