Project Name Progress Description
Technical Service Contract for Restroom Renovation in Jingguo Hall 1. This project was previously approved by the Sports Facilities Equipment Section on May 12, 2021, under approval number 1102500031.
2. The tender was opened on August 10, 2021 (qualification review). Evaluation meeting held on August 19, 2021; price negotiation on August 26, 2021; contract performance started on September 6, 2021. On October 5, 2021, the planning and design (including basic design) budget drawings were submitted. On October 18, 2021, at 3:00 PM, a review meeting for the planning and design (including basic design) budget drawings was held. On November 19, 2021, detailed design (including supervision plan) budget drawings were submitted, and on December 10, 2021, a review meeting for the detailed design (including supervision plan) budget drawings was held. The review of the revised detailed design budget drawings has been completed, and the project tendering procedures will continue.
