Project Name Progress Description
Emergency Call Intercom System Construction Completed and confirmed on February 21, 2022, with some work items still pending. Re-inspected for completion; declared completed on March 28, 2022, after re-submission on March 21, 2022. Acceptance will be scheduled once all completion documents are approved.
Campus Energy Resource Management System Construction (Ministry of Education Subsidy) Pre-construction coordination meeting held on October 26, 2021. Contractor submitted construction plan, quality control plan, and occupational safety plan for review. Construction began on November 4, 2021. On December 24, 2021, supervision reports, construction logs, and stamped contract were submitted for record.
As of March 31, 2022, planned progress was 85.5%, actual progress 75.5%. First interim inspection in progress. System test held on February 16, 2022, at Room 704, Comprehensive Building 3; construction briefing and coordination meeting held on March 22, 2022. Network equipment expansion requested by the university IT center not yet completed at campus substations, preventing connection testing; work halted on May 11, 2022. First interim inspection data under revision by contractor.
Air Conditioning Replacement (Ministry of Education Subsidy) First phase: 94 units in student dormitory area (NTD 2,173,750); 19 units in Dormitory 1, 36 units in Dormitory 2, 39 units in Dormitory 3. Completed by end of May 2021 and officially finalized June 3, 2021.
Second phase: 85 units in 2022 student dormitory area (NTD 2,008,550); additional 7 units purchased from remaining bid balance.
